Leading surgeon Sergey Baido made presentations at international medical conferences

Workshops were held in Moscow. The Deputy Chief Doctor of LISOD was invited to them as an expert in the field of minimally invasive surgical procedures and made presentations at both events.

Leading European experts spoke at the conference; scientific discussions and presentations of companies producing endoscopic equipment were held. Sergey Baido’s theme was: “Laparoscopic exenteration of the small pelvis: pros and cons”. The Festival in Vishnevsky Research Institute gathered more than 600 professionals. Among speakers of the event were well-known experts in the field of endoscopic surgery from Russia, Spain, Germany and Italy. Ukraine was represented by Sergey Baido with the report “Experience of laparoscopic surgery with cancer pathology of the digestive tract”.

Speeches of Ukraine’s leading surgeon aroused great interest of the audience. Colleagues from different countries appreciated LISOD's experience as a world-class medical center.
