Exchange of Experience - the Key to Success

“All the events that take place under the auspices of the Institute of Urology are significant for me, because this is the alma mater, where I recently completed graduate
school,” says Sergey Prindyuk, oncologist, urologist-surgeon of the highest category LISOD. Therefore, I gladly agreed to become a member of the annual Congress of
the Association of Urology of Ukraine, which was held last week in Kiev and to which I was invited by the experts from the above-mentioned establishment.

The first day of the event was devoted to presentations on urolithiasis, infectious diseases of the urogenital system, andrology, oncourology, and the like. The second day was “crowned” by the European School of Urology.

- Unfortunately, the majority of domestic doctors do not have the opportunity to visit European medical institutions in order to learn new things and learn from the experience of leading foreign specialists. Therefore, the European School of Urology, which is held in the framework of congresses, is invaluable for our doctors. We can say that they can "visit" Europe without leaving Ukraine!

Sergei Ivanovich also noted that he was pleased to meet with his teachers, mentors - people with whom he went through four years of fellowship. And also to talk with the leading speakers of ESU, in particular, prof. G. Bonkat, who gave helpful tips on perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis.
